Find the Right Ink for Your Shoe Material.
LITAIINK offers full-color customization across the product range. Different ink series use different base resins and functional additives to match PU, nylon, TPU, PVC, EVA, rubber and other footwear substrates, helping achieve the required adhesion, flex resistance and physical performance.
Select by Material, Application or Performance
Start with the shoe material or processing requirement you already know. The guide below helps narrow down the suitable ink series before sampling.
Find Your Ink
Choose one or more options to filter the products.
PU Ink PU Ink
PU artificial leather, PU synthetic leather.
Outstanding adhesion, superior flex-resistance, and anti-blocking performance. Delivers excellent screen-printing finish.
Preferred option for PU-made shoe uppers.
Nylon / PA Ink Nylon / PA Ink
Nylon fabric, PA synthetic textiles.
Formulated for difficult-to-bond nylon substrates. Effectively prevents ink delamination and offers good wash resistance.
Specially engineered for nylon textile uppers. Conventional inks tend to peel off from nylon surfaces.
TPU Spray Ink TPU Spray Ink
TPU film, TPU composite fabrics for spray application.
Excellent spray leveling, uniform coating build-up, and robust substrate adhesion.
Recommended for spray processing of TPU shoe uppers.
TPU Low-Temperature Flex-Resistant Ink TPU Low-Temperature Flex-Resistant Ink
TPU-based shoe materials subject to repeated bending under low-temperature conditions.
Reinforced low-temperature flex formulation. Resists cracking and chipping upon cyclic cold bending.
Ideal for TPU footwear intended for cold-climate use or subjected to frequent flexing.
PVC Spray Ink PVC Spray Ink
PVC artificial leather, PVC film.
Consistent adhesion to PVC substrates and good resistance to plasticizer migration.
Suitable for spray-on processing of PVC shoe uppers.
EVA Ink EVA Ink
EVA foam, EVA shoe uppers and midsoles.
Optimized for porous foam substrates, resists oil exudation from foamed materials and ensures firm adhesion.
For printing on EVA foam uppers and midsoles.
Rubber Ink Rubber Ink
Natural rubber and synthetic rubber footwear materials.
Solves poor-adhesion challenges on rubber surfaces. High tensile strength, good flex performance and strong resistance to peeling and flaking.
For printing on all types of rubber shoe uppers.
High-Temperature-Resistant Ink High-Temperature-Resistant Ink
PU, TPU and PVC artificial leather.
The cured printed film withstands post-process heat-press and thermal-setting treatment, featuring excellent anti-blocking performance and resistance to softening and ink detachment.
Preferred for shoe uppers requiring subsequent heat-press or thermal-setting processing. Available for screen-print and spray application, with solvent-based and water-borne grades. Water-based spray grade is custom-made. Ink heat-resistance does not equal substrate heat-resistance. Sample testing is mandatory before mass production.
Water-Based Foaming Ink Water-Based Foaming Ink
Various textile fabrics and synthetic-leather shoe uppers.
Eco-friendly water-based formula. Produces a soft, spongy 3D puff effect via thermally expandable microcapsules. Low-VOC, odor-free, and can be tinted for colored raised graphics.
Screen-print only and not suitable for spray application. Low-temperature moisture drying followed by high-temperature baking is required to activate foaming. Avoid re-heat-press after foaming to prevent pattern collapse.
Sampling Before Production
Substrate surface condition, processing parameters and downstream treatments can affect ink performance. Sampling and testing before mass production is recommended.
Heat-Resistance Reminder
Ink heat-resistance does not equal substrate heat-resistance. For footwear requiring high-temperature heat-press or thermal-setting processes, sample testing is mandatory before mass production.
